Picture resizing-thing

Trying to get this as my signature and had been using http://www.imgur.com to edit the size down to fit but no matter how small I make it, it keeps telling me the image can only be 130 pixels high.

Any suggestions?

How about this? It let me set it as my signature.

No problem. I just resized it using ImageReady.

The picture I'm trying to use for my signature is not working. I resized it to 255 X 130 and it keeps telling me the picture can only be 130 pixels high. WTF does that mean and how do I make it work?

Am I the only person having trouble with this?
