I think he's more than skeptical; I think he hates the Batman just like the rest of Gotham. I also think he'll hate Bruce Wayne.

He'll probably be a smart cop, one who doesn't take heat and despises the corrupted.

After Bane comes to town, there certainly will be.

Well Empire magazine mentioned both Blake and Miranda, and said one was a friend and one a foe...I think it's safe to say that we know which one is the foe ;) Therefore...

I say Good Guy

My theory has been that Selina and Blake represent two versions of Gotham, both of whom try to uphold justice the way they see necessary. Selina represents the underclass, as a vigilante fighting corruption and crime, whereas Blake represents the Gotham establishment, as a cop fighting corruption and crime. Interestingly enough, I think Selina will start by idolizing Batman and hating Bruce Wayne as a symbol of wealth and misused power, whereas Blake will support Bruce Wayne's efforts to rebuild the city but oppose the idea of Batman's vigilante justice.

Short story: Blake = straightforward clean cop.

Yeah that's good... A great example how you invert one characters arc to create another

that'd be interesting in the movie if John Blake reveals that he's related to the Joker, but stresses that he's nothing like him.
