Forgot to ask this before, but are you overall satisfied with the slider? Just general thoughts/suggestions on it?

It's tricky to get an handle on it at first... your early footage, especially if you have a DSLR, will have a lack of fluidity, but once you get down how to keep it steady and still have your hand move at an even pace, you'll be happy. It's a little light for my tastes, which makes it more prone to "bumpy" footage, but you get what you pay for.
