I really enjoyed the article, best so far. Bale is the man. :D
Description of batcave sounds awesome.

I wonder about Bruce recovering after TDK injures... they seemed not so serious for me and 8 years is pretty big amount of time for full recovery  also I am intrigued by his troubles with Alfred and Fox... maybe Bruce will know about letter  but Fox quited the job in WE?

Btw, this shot of Bats is definitely from this scene, pay attention to handrails

No, I don't f'ing care about the thread count in that sheet on the bed in the corner of the room that is only referenced in one paragraph, thank you very much.

which is why I don't enjoy reading anything Geoff Johns (comic book I know but still) puts out anymore (do we really have to know why Hal Jordan's jacket is super important to him or why Barry Allen needs a backstory for his damn watch??)

Strange that Metropolis is what EW would mention when M is perhaps more relevant with its vigilante armies, the kangaroo court, et cetera, et cetera.

These new pictures are great, I especially like the one of Christian Bale standing next to the Batsuit. Very cool.

I agree that's a more significant influence. Entertainment Weekly probably didn't think about it and just listed his most popular movie. Not that I wouldn't love a futuristic sci-fi epic by Nolan... Also, I hope they told Wally they were inspired by Fritz Lang. Good God, just look at this cinematography.

I remember the last movie inspired by that...
