As I watch more shows, my list will change. It will be VERY difficult for anything to knock "Dexter" from the top spot though. Everything else is pretty replaceable. I'm only 9 episodes into "Lost", so it may move up to the top 10 if I continue to like it.

Lost - My all-time favorite TV show.
Fringe - J.J. Abrams is a genius. Great story, progressing plot, the brilliant John Noble and his character, Walter Bishop. And my love, Anna Torv
House - Hugh Lauire is the best Although, the show is getting a bit repetitive... maybe boring. But Laurie is still a genius.
Battlestar Galactica - One of the best TV shows. Brilliant story, great characters and actors. I'm not a fond of sci-fi, but I loved the show. Because it's not just a sci-fi, it's more than that.
24 - My other all-time favorite TV show Jack Bauer = LEGEND
Family Guy - Simply brilliant. That's what I call absurd comedy

And I really have to mention my favorite British comedy series:

I know it's more than ten but that's pretty much the only shows I watch. I also watch Chapelle Show,Harvey Birdman Attorney at Law, and Arrested Development reruns whenever they come on. Also, I've been getting into Sit Down, Shut Up lately.
Ugly Betty was a very entertaing show as well. I was pretty sad that it was canceled.

I've just downloaded (is it allowed to say that?) the first 3 seasons of The Wire, I've heard tons of positive reviews about this show, so I will watch it in the summer.

@Eternalist: thank you for reminding me of MythBusters, that show is also one of my favorite. It's awesome and extremely funny
