Director of Photography for Inception

I am so pleased with what he has been doing with Nolan in the past, and glad to see that he will continue to work with Chris.

Yeah, his work on Nolan's last three movies have been impeccable. It'll be interesting to see what he does for Inception, considering it's contemperary sci-fi.

He's also stated that he prefers "dark" tones and moods for his cinematography. I guess that'll work into Inception and it will be dark in tone like all of Nolan's films.

Glad to know about dark tomes... Because in The Prestige the photography was just terrific!!!

What?? I think in Prestige the photography was just as awesome as in any other Nolan-films :D Look's like we don't agree. Prestige is full of typical Nolan-and-Pfister shots... at least I think it is. I love the visuals of that movie.

What I like most about him is the way he keeps the camera active. He does handheld very well.

He is one of the best working today, IMO. I like his camera work too. I think him and Nolan pair well together. They're creating a recognizable style together.

Yeah it's a similar relationship like Hitchcock and Hermann had.
