I would think the stunt would simply be too dangerous to have them do it.

Just a hunch from what I have seen in the set pics of the shootout. He looks to be surrounded by henchman in the photos I saw and Elizabeth Debecki looks to be distressed when he has a gun near her in the car. He is also wearing that weird mask JDW is wearing at the end of the trailer, fuck knows why lol. Im not certain, but I also think it is Kenneth Branagh who blows up the car in the footage that is on youtube. And if that don't convince you, he"s British lol, brits always make good villains lol
