Tallinn grants 'Tenet' producers two extra days for filming on Laagna Road
The city government said that the filming process was well organized and that filmmakers responded promptly to all observations made and notes given by the city.

"Nevertheless, the filmmakers were unable to finish everything within the period of time given to them for filming," Kõlvart said. "The city is interested in having filming [in Tallinn] wrap as quickly as possible and allowing for city residents' lives to go back to normal. This is why it is reasonable to grant two additional days for the completion of the project."

Great news but I'm afraid it's not enough ... initially they needed a month ... I hope scenes were not removed from the script.
They doesn't seem to be alarmed in the statement so I think it's good.

They never needed a month, it was a negotiation tactic.

If they needed two weeks to film and asked for two weeks, then the city would’ve countered with a week. So they asked for a month, to get their two weeks and now these two extra days

And they wouldn't ask for only two days while proceeding to cut entire scenes. They can also find a stand-in, possibly with CGI enhancement, to replan Tallin.

Correct.

This article claims that when the auction came down to two studios, Warner Bros. and Sony for Tarantino’s “Once upon...” ,Warner refused Tarantino’s terms for copyright demand as other filmmakers like Nolan would ask for the same.
When it came to Taratino's terms in the 2017 auction, Warner Bros. drew a line in the proverbial sand at the copyright demand, fearing that it would set a precedent.

"Warner Bros. couldn't do that," says a source familiar with the deal, "because then they would have to give Christopher Nolan that same deal."

They are looking extras in Tallinn for Saturday 27th July. All day long. Unspecified location but they ask can people use their own cars. Ad in Facebook sais that this is absolutely the last possible opportunity to take part.
"If You have taken part in our mass scenes, then feel free to submit Your candidature but if You have been participating in smaller scenes, then we will not ask You to take part in this scene."

Scenes originally planned at Laagna Road will probably be shot on another road.
