I don’t know who needs to hear this, but visually impressive movies are sometimes just that, nothing more and not in of themselves impressive movies, especially when they are mostly beat-for-beat rehashes built on shallow nostalgia and nothing more. #TheLionKing

We had Dumbo, Aladdin, and Lion King in the same year.

Disney’s gonna run out of things to remake in less than five years.

Music/song itself is fantastic. However, I cannot get over how un-animated and emotionless the animals look like for the sake of looking "realistic."
The issue I see is that it doesn't feel like the sounds come from the animals. It feels like somebody mixed the audio with a random video.
