With Titanic they at least waited a couple of years before re-releasing it in 3D. Disney in this case can't even wait a couple of months lol.

Am I missing something? How is it a re-release when it's still in theaters? They're just giving it a little push. Any studio would take the opportunity, they'd be stupid not to go all the way out.

You're missing the fact, that Disney is evil and they shouldn't want to make money

Didn’t you know Disney should close down and stop making money? Because it’s super evil that they want to make money. Nobody else wants to make money.

good point.

it is a bit redundant though to call a corporation evil for wanting to make money. like okay? water is wet?

I understand that some people are not into Disney stuff, I really do, but this sense of entitlement that they owe us movies that we want regardless of how much money is in it for them, and they owe this to people to keep them hired, whether or not it's profitable to do so, the whole socialist nonsense surrounding this matter is completely beyond me.

I don't like the thought of people getting laid off but this is how corporations works sometimes and that's the bitter reality of the world. I think if Disney didn't buy Fox, people would have gotten laid off at Fox too. This merger didn't occur out of the blue. Something must have been going on at Fox for them to be bought out like this.

But yeah the sense of entitlement is insane. That too coming from people who don't really understand how the corporate or business structures work.
