i’m a little surprised since the trend lately has been to project in 70mm regardless of capture format, but clearly QT/Richardson liked the look of the 35mm prints more overall

Depends on how the remastering is done. The 35mm footage of Interstellar looked amazing on 70mm. Anyway, fingers crossed 35mm prints go global
