The Krypton sequence in Man of Steel is still really awesome.

Now that we've become conditioned to the superhero genre, if this movie were released today with updated Visual Effects, it would be met with critical acclaim. From the editing, to the score, to the tone. We're never going to get a movie as ambitious as this one with Ruffalo in the lead.

Hostiles is a great film and should've been up for awards season. It saddens me that it's so overlooked. It's got it all, from a tight narrative, beautiful cinematography, wonderful performances and above all, it's got it's heart at the right place. And an ending that really makes you feel it.
I loved that shit.

Weird it went under the radar.

Hostiles bored me to tears. I'm sick of the "white saviour" narrative.

It's such a pity indeed.

So good thing that it was in fact Studi who saved Bale, and that the all story was about Bale understanding how he had failed as a human being?

Silvestri's score for Infinity War is better than The Avengers score.

Still can't believe they insultingly threw Alan Silvestri aside for Brian Tyler in 2015.
