Maybe, just maybe, we don't need another entry in the series about the misogynistic spy?

And now we have a concrete reason to definitely need him, thanks.

is this a pre-shoot because of weather (the snow?) or has production officially started?

Seems like a pre shoot, just this week, Craig isn't there but Fukunaga was. Shooting apparently starting proper next week at Pinewood

Yoooo 70mm/IMAX for the win! First time for Bond if I'm not mistaken.

Aren't they shooting the rest on digital? Do you know anything about that @antovolk?

I guess we can expect a press thingy soon when production with the entire cast starts right?

Indeed, a first for Bond.

Apparently according to a Screendaily interview with Sandgren a couple months back yes, but I personally heard otherwise...would make little creative sense tbh to have 65mm IMAX and then digital for everything else. Anyway we'll see

Oh, so they might've switched the digital for 35mm? i.e. the film is shot entirely on analog

Also, they're shooting Dune on the arri LF and apparently also on 15/70mm IMAX but I don't think we've gotten 100% confirmation on that yet.
