I laughed my ass off when I was watching the movie and saw that. In the commentary Nolan says the apartment belonged to the actor plays the lead. In the scene they went to his real apartment lol. But yeah that guy just had it hanging up. Nolan didn't place it there. It just shows he was suppose to make batman films.
