I grant you this night of joy cause I'm tired, I'm gonna reply to all of this crap tomorrow.
I'm not as vehement in my passion against the mods as other members may be, but I have a point to make. I understand the idea of PMing the mods or admins with our concerns, but in my experience in the past, and from what I hear from other members, issues get brushed away or messages are ignored altogether.
I really think having discussion about certain things out in the forum, where everyone can see it, is better, as it draws attention to concerns that certain members feel are being neglected.

My two cents.
Reports are usually brushed away because its shit like "he called me a poopstick" or something like that. Or random crap that I don't even know why its reported in the first place. But I do look over the reports because closing them, but most of them are the kind of crap I just mentioned.
If a person PMs me about an issue I usually look into it more since the person is actually bringing the issue up in private and not pissing all over the forum instead.
