Call me what you will but I timed it with a stop watch to be approximately 3.7s from the very beginning. I don't think its changed.

Amazing how such a small detail can cause this much speculation. Reminds me of the ticking on the Dunkirk official website three years ago. "Is it going faster?" lol. Anyone remember that?
