The flipped title style is not something new to Nolan.. it was also tried in the FYC ad of Memento

so we are getting something similar to Memento's structure ?

The title is a palindrome. Official logo rotates two letters. Working title is Mary Go Round.
Cars driving in reverse.
NOLAN, WHAT IS THIS FILM?
I'm trying to picture mentally if this version of the film title could be written in a circle, so as to resemble a merry-go-round, and still retain symmetry.

My take on this.

Whatever goes forward in the beginning of the film, will go backwards at the end, and whatever goes backwards in the beginning of the film, will go forward at the end.

And as Cobb said, "that allows us to get right in the middle of that process".

Another idea...

Out protagonists will have to do something and the time for them will go forward (as usual  ) but the rest will go backwards.

At some given moment (the "N" title moment), when the mission is accomplished (or it's too late to be acccomplished) time will flip and they will go backwards but different (like the E and T are flipped) everyone else will go forward (as usual  )

Saw this plot posted on forum somewhere. Very likely total crap, but who knows:

" 2 spy agencies based on different timelines , one is in the past and only knows how to travel forward in time the other more modern timeline knows how to go in the past and the whole key of going both ways in time got destroyed unknowingly in the mid 80s and both team of spies chase against time and each other to save humankind's future or make humankind's future.

I haven’t gone through the thread yet but does it mean it stands for ten-ten, 10-10, or 10-01, or 1001?

I wonder it’ll be in Inception universe!

I actually hadn't thought of that.

TEN
NET

I wonder if the number 10 is significant to the story.
