The Amalfi Coast, and in particular Amalfi, Maiori and Ravello, are ready to host the crew and the cast of Tenet.
The film, one of the most expensive in the director's career, will be shot in late July and August in Ravello, between the Belmond Hotel Caruso and Villa Cimbrone (the headquarters will be at the Niemeyer Auditorium), while in Amalfi some scenes will be shot in sea and the dock (the headquarters will be the elementary schools). Other scenes will be shot in Maiori, probably still in the harbor area.

"Nevertheless, the filmmakers were unable to finish everything within the period of time given to them for filming," Kõlvart said. "The city is interested in having filming [in Tallinn] wrap as quickly as possible and allowing for city residents' lives to go back to normal. This is why it is reasonable to grant two additional days for the completion of the project."
