I was able to get google translate to work on the article. The last part has an interesting blurb:
"For reasons unknown to me, the scenes with shootouts were filmed ... without the shooting itself. That is, the heroes drove machine guns from side to side, made terrible faces and shouted “Pau Pau Pau, Bam Bam, Boom, Bysch, Boom Boom Boom Boom”.
At first, it was even fun. But soon the actors stopped saying even these very “pau pau”. The remaining half of all the scenes were filmed in silence. The crowd sits, the characters pull rifles, rushes, rare special effects (crackers) and silence there …"

Sounds like they were rehearsing, using onomatopoeia to signify where and when they would pull the triggers. The firecrackers are probably used like those seen in The Dark Knight Rises's stock exchange heist. The actual muzzle flash will probably be computer-generated, unfortunately. This may have been done for safety purposes or convenience as opposed to using blanks. Hopefully the CGI is absolutely unnoticable, but even if so, I doubt they'll nail the general recoil and "feel" of actually firing rifles.

“The last two weeks have been taking place in Tallinn City Hall , where happy ordinary people could stay in the same room with several world-class stars. Robert Pattinson, John David Washington, Jefferson Hall, Michael Caine...”

So apparently Caine is on set.

Yeah they must be using CGI. Guns with blanks can still hurt someone within 20 feet and they are never pointed directly at someone so if they’re shooting around a huge crowd, maybe that’s what they’re going with.

By the way, did we talk about this:
The meaning of the title is not "beginning-beginning", which was the meaning of Inception, but means principle in the sense of "foundation, hinge". The term Tenet refers to the square of the Sator, a recurring Latin inscription in the form of a magic square, composed of the following five words: Sator, Arepo, Tenet, Opera, Rotas.

Their juxtaposition, in the order shown, gives rise to a palindrome, that is to say a sentence which remains identical if read from left to right or vice versa. The inscription has been the subject of frequent archaeological discoveries, both in stone inscriptions and in graffiti, but the meaning and symbolic meaning are still obscure, despite the numerous hypotheses formulated. At the center of the square, the word "Tenet" forms a palindromic cross.
We do not know how much this aspect will affect the top secret plot, but it is still an interesting aspect of Christopher Nolan's choice.

So Nolan's top influences are James Bond... and Dan Brown. Be afraid. Very afraid
