I think that mayor gives 10 day only because we have big song and dance festival,what happens every 5 years and this year is one.Last one was 2014 and so it makes lots of traffic. Unfortunately i don´t understand, how that kind of negotiating problems have not made clear before to coming Estonia.And that´s not the only problem-backup road to Laagna is closed to renovating.
