Finally, they didn't use the hospital ship's replica on Urk. This replica is still in Dunkirk. They only used it for a few takes on Dunkirk's harbour in the last days of shooting.

They did bring one smokestack of the hospital ship to Urk. Saw it on a flatbed truck.

I think, they'll shoot scenes with hospital ship in the studio because it definitely needs a lot of special and visual effects.
