They are playing all Nolan's films at the BFI IMAX in Waterloo, London, at the moment. And you can get tickets for Dunkirk on Saturday. I really wanna see it again as well as Inception and Interstellar but I really need my money right now :(.

Slacker placed Dunkirk at #50 of the 100 Best Movies of All Time

Image
#50. Dunkirk

Stacker score: 90.6

IMDb user rating: 8

Metascore: 94

Year released: 2017

Director: Christopher Nolan

Depicting the evacuation of Allied forces from the French seaport of Dunkirk, this 2017 war film throws viewers into the action during its opening scene and never lets up throughout the entire 106-minute runtime. Like most films based on true stories, this one came under fire for omitting key details of the actual event. However, one might argue Nolan was striving for an authentic sense of atmosphere over historical accuracy. To that end: mission accomplished.

What a shitty list though. Having a Top 100 without 2001 is heresy. Not to mention the total lack of any non-American/European films. Should have called it "100 western movies that are pretty good"
