Definitely, and it continues the obvious Tarkovsky / Malick / Roeg influence that began with Interstellar. DUST;WATER;ICE;FIRE.

It's a sarcastic video. It's mocking/ranting about diversity complaints about there being no black or female main characters, ripping social justice warriors (SJW's). Also a general anti-diversity rant.

It's positive on Dunkirk - says at least a B+
