I'm pretty sure that's when he's looking at the dust lines and tells Murph "it's not a ghost, it's gravity" and then tosses the coin.

I am more than 100% sure that this shot was in the movie.
It was right after Cooper enters Gargantua (Black Hole) where we cut to the fire that Murph started.

The most disappointing was the cut of the holding hands scene while the rocket goes into space. It was used in the teaser, the first two trailers and all the tv spots and most people, including me, were reffering to this scene as one of the most iconic. And, eventually, it was cut. :blank:
