Not only in the US! I live "outside" and have bought this magnificent Zimmer's masterpiece on iTunes in Deluxe Edition. I did not doubt even for a moment that I'll buy it when it comes out. Update from me, Amazon page for the Illuminated edition, where I bought it for £15, said delivery would be Feb 9-27, still not arrived. Have contacted the seller. Will be curious to see whether these cheaper copies on Amazon are legit.
