not surprising coming from a director like him. But I do not agree.

A History of Violence (2005), is one of his highest budgeted and most accessible to date. He has said that the decision to direct it was influenced by his having had to defer some of his salary on the low-budgeted Spider

so now cronenberg hates comic book films and thinks comics are for kids? haha, sour grapes dave? look back at his career and it all screams schlocky horro/scifi comics to me. now we get the navel gazing turdfest cosmopolis from the director of those serious oscar-bait dramas like the fly, videodrome and scanners. guy must think he's terrance malick or something.
