Oh, that's very interesting. I'm not surprised Nolan might potentially end the film in a definitive way that won't let it have a sequel even if they wanted it to.

A fugitive in Bane's Gotham, I assume. When Bane is in control the police will be the outlaws.

FilmCells, an official licensee of Warner Bros. film products, has revealed one of their upcoming plaques from The Dark Knight Rises. The limited edition plaque contains pieces of film and images from The Dark Knight Rises. More interestingly however, is the plot description which is included on their product page:

When Commissioner Gordon stumbles upon a plot to destroy the city from within, Bruce Wayne gets back into action as the Batman. Waiting for him is the mysterious Selina Kyle and Bane, a lethal adversary on a crusade to tear apart Batmans legacy piece by piece.

Warner Bros. still hasn’t released an official plot synopsis for The Dark Knight Rises, but we keep getting bits and pieces from various manufactures. With July 20th coming closer and closer, I would expect an official plot summary to be released within the next couple of months.
