It's some good editing, but it's really apparent all of the shots were taken from different movies.

What is that shot at 1:43 with batman on the motorcycle? I don't recognize it from Dark Knight.

Yeah, it looks a bit unfamiliar to me, too, but I'm sure it's after Lucius tells Batman that the Joker's in the Prewitt building.
