Batman will not die. Yeah, he could be ''dead'' at the end, I dig your ideas, but eventually, at THE END, we'll see him alive, defending Gotham for good and as long as it takes, evil will not be banished...

I can definitely see and ending ala the graphic novel The Dark Knight Returns where everyone thinks that Bruce Wayne or Batman is dead, but in the end of the final frame it is hinted at that he is surely alive.

I want to see an EPIC and gritty MUD PIT fight scene (like in Millers The Dark Knight Returns graphic novel) between Batman and either Deadshot or Deathstroke

I think Nolan isn't a stupid director, he will continue on the theme he started in he ending of TDK...
Batman should still communicate ( secretly ) with Gordon and Fox, where new villain appears... he will have some bigger work than usual, cos he is still hunted by cops... :lol:
