I think it is fair to say Tom's performance is going to come from his voice, eyes and body. Bane is cold and calculated hence not having much facial expression ala Bardem in No Country.

Think we'll see any humor- any at ALL from him? Even a sarcastic comment? Anything?

I hope not. I want him to be icecold and calculating. I think it would kinda ruin the menace if he suddenly cracked a joke or started laughing. The only thing I would like is if he laughed mockingly at Batmans efforts during their first fight which would make him seem so much more superior to Bats.
1958. It's been traveling twenty-two years to get here. And now it's here. And it's either heads or tails. And you have to say. Call it.

I must be the only one that felt he was a bit sarcastic in the prologue. :eh:

"Perhaps he's wondering why someone would shoot a man before throwing him out of a plane"

Was getting caught part of your plan? Bane replies, "Of Course." I thought that line was particularly sarcastic.

Seems to me like there will be sarcasm from Bane. Especially from the prologue.
