Blake taking over or becoming "Robin" is the perfect ending imo. In Begins Bruce says that he needs to become a symbol and a symbol cannot destroyed, it is everlasting. Bruce can be destroyed but a symbol is everlasting.

Also more literally full circle, as it

hearkens back to the very first scene. Bruce unfettered by the "Bats" and frolicking with a female friend, and also Bruce discovering the Batcave.

Its a bit more ambigious according to reports . Alfred sees a Blur that looks like Bruce and Selena , and he chooses to not get a better look and live with the hope that it is true is making the rounds and that sounds like Nolan

That would be cool, but here's another Inceptiony style ending:

Alfred is driving his Rolls (that he inherited because Bruce "died" again) through Paris and he sees Bruce & Selina. He & Bruce nod silently to each other, Alfred drives on, then looks back and Bruce &Selina are gone. Cut to a smiling Alfred. The End.
