Lol at the "I have your back" Bane iPhone case argument...

1) Yes it OBVIOUSLY is a play on words reference to Bane's claim to fame back breaking
2) Yes it's ALSO supposed to look like propaganda
3) No he probably doesn't say that ridiculous line in the movie. It's just a witty thing for the merchandise.
4) It doesn't prove he breaks Bat's back in TDKR. Just proves that the marketing team thinks they're funny.

I think you guys are over-analyzing it. It says "I have your back" as in Bane is for the people. He's the people's champion, because he is against rich bureaucrats. It fits with his message.

I can't believe that there are people who think that "I've your back" doesn't slyly reference the one thing that Bane is famous for in the comics.

Jgl casted late doesnt mean his story line was recently added, they just wanted to make sure they got the correct actor for this role cast

I think what will happen is we will see blakes character is also an orphan like bruce and bruce sees something in him to take him under his shadow not to make him into batman but an asset along with gordon in the police department. What will happen is blake finds out who bruce really is. Bruce will make people believe batman dies at the end so he can become the dark knight but gotham still needs a watchful protector, someone who is gothams new dark knight but not batman itself. bruce himself will be a father figure to blake, so much so that we might see a similar moment between blake and bruce like we saw between bruce as a child when he was young andfell down a well and bruces father came down and rescued him, only this time gotham wnt be destroyed by ras influence and bruce wont be killed like his father was before him, he will live on after defeating bane and become a dark knight while blake like bruce who was an orphan before him will become the new protector of gotham.
