Guess I'll have to wait for the descriptions of the prologue tonight.
Aaaand this is when I officially go dark from all these websites (except for probably batman-news). I don't want the description ruined until I see it myself.

Yeah unfortunately I won't be able to catch it in IMAX so spoilers are necessity for survival.

Remember this from the sides (''Scientist''):
INT. ROOM - MORNING
An OFFICIAL debriefs the SCIENTIST, who is trying his best
not to let his nerves get the best of him.

OFFICIAL
You contend that you're not building
a bomb.

SCIENTIST
No, I build a rocket.

OFFICIAL
A nuclear missile.

SCIENTIST
No, no. A rocket. For space travel.
The engine will be nuclear.

OFFICIAL
Your government scrapped that program
years ago.

SCIENTIST
They were wrong. To go further than
the moon, chemical rocket engines do
not work. Those engines need the
gravational pull of the planets to
catapult the rocket further into
space. This new engine, the nuclear
engine, it can go to the deepest and
darkest corners of the solar system.
On its own.

OFFICIAL
Or find its way to Washington, DC.

SCIENTIST
A project as large scale as space
flight to Mars cannot be carried out
by a single country. Not even United
States. I build this engine to
contribute to a global space project.
To the universal endeavor.

OFFICIAL
It doesn't take a genius to know
that a nuclear-powered rocket is
towing a bunch a radiation around
with it. Something goes wrong, you're
gonna get Chernobal in the sky.
Maybe that's why your goverment sent
you packing, Doctor.

SCIENTIST
Countries talk of war. Of disaster.
Of a space race. I talk about
discovery. Exploration. My rocket
is for humankind. Not to hurt it.
To advance it. And yes, you are not
''What are you building him now... Aaa... Rocket?''
TDK, non-related, just like ''should do fine against cats'' etc. ;)

Just have to say: the scrambling at SHH over supposed "hidden" codes in the viral documents is HIGH-LARIOUS.

Granted, some of the numbers may hold additional meaning...but those geniuses were convinced that the marks approximating three-hole punch marks were part of Morse code.

What about those "earthquake devices"?!?!?!?! Could the Doctor be behind these weapons Bane was planting?

Most likely, however some forget that Bane is actually a smart man and is good in sciences so he might have also assisted in the development of the devices. I doubt though that Pavel will be all that important to the plot of the film, most of the time these virals don't really say much about the film itself.

Agreed. The whole 'I Believe in Harvey Dent' thing was only mentioned as an advert in TDK. Bruce says something like "Harvey Dent? From those awful campaign commercials?" *thumbs up*

I think this physicist business will probably be an event which occurs prior to what we see in the film. Perhaps all of the viral campaign will fill-in the 8 years of events.

Yes, exactly. I mean it would be silly to "rely" on viral campaigns to get people to understand the film's story. Not everyone is on the net 24/7 365 getting lowdowns on one film, some people don't even know this movie is coming out. I say just wait for the film's actual release and enjoy the surprises. Paval will probably be in the film for only 2 minutes caged up or something who knows.

yup. I posted that and everyone assumed that the dialogue was not from the script...i think its safe to say it is.
