Despite her horrible death scene, that line gave me serious chills. Her tone and he eyes conveyed exactly what they were supposed to... a vengeful bitch.

They really wrote her as...

...a psychopath in this film. Even knowing it in advance having followed the spoilers for a long time I was still taken a little bit aback at how much. She had zero redeeming qualities. Well, even in the comics she's a horrible person whose only "good" quality is that she likes Batman/Bruce Wayne a lot through most of the character's history.
