Tania Al Ghul's Mysterious Call!!!

At the end of the movie, when batman and catwoman tries to take down Miranda Tate or Tania Al Ghul from destroying Gotham from the nuclear bomb. In the Vehicle carrying the bomb she calls someone and speaks about they trying to turn the truck towards east for stopping it from blast. Whom does she call when Bane is already dead. Was there a sequel to dark knight rises?.. Please do post your views and comments.
