Top reasons to make Batman 3 and why Nolan needs to direct
lol, that is a pretty awesome list 
It's a good list. I find that I agree most with #8 - Nolan's Batman franchise has the potential to be the first truly great superhero trilogy. If anything, that's why a third should be made, to prove that it can be done, and done great.
For all of the reasons stated Batman 3 has got to be on Nolan's mind. And the idea of a film version of Arkham Asylum is just so damn irresistible that it would have to be included. And if possible include Vincent Kartheiser as a villain.
However, if Nolan chooses not to come back I would like for Warner Bros. to allow this continuation to be left alone.
