Thomas Paine and Bane similarity

The 2012 superhero epic about Batman's struggle to overcome the terrorist leader Bane, as well as his own inner demons.

When Bane says" I am necessary evil" this reminded me a lot of Thomas Paine who called the government necessary evil before the revolution. I think Nolan wrote that line based of Paine and maybe Common Sense (the book). :gonf:
