Wow, this is a difficult question and one that I think will vary greatly from person to person for a wide variety of reasons.

1) TDKR - this had all the entertainment value and awesomeness of the first two but with the added awesomeness of Tom Hardy's performance as Bane (and, no, I wasn't a Hardy fan before TDKR).

2) TDK just squeaks past BB because of Ledger's performance, though it's damn hard to beat Liam Neeson (oh, how I loved his cameo in TDKR).

3) BB - when I think of other "superhero" movies, nothing can compare to BB; truly ground-breaking.

The Dark Knight -- Michael Mann crime epic as a superhero film, or visa-versa.
Batman Begins -- the superhero origin as a samurai's journey.
The Dark Knight Rises -- entertaining if you don't think about it too much and can get through the middle section, otherwise a complete letdown.
