Out of those listed, I say On Thin Ice followed by Rise and Gotham's Reckoning. However, my favourite track overall is No Stone Unturned/Chasing The Convoy East.

Gotham's Reckoning, Imagine the Fire and especially Mind If I Cut In?

For me, it's absolutely hands-down Why Do We Fall? It just has such a great sense of build-up and drama, and is so inspiring to listen to even without hearing it with the successful climbing scene in the film. And that moment of silence makes the entrance of the Bat-themes all the more satisfying at the end, especially since Zimmer uses the tam-tam (large gong) to cap it off.
