Ah, how we all wish these could have been in the final film.
Not sure if anyone else has pointed this out by now, but the teaser trailer ending with Bane stepping up the steps to a worn-out Batman is a different take than the one in the final film. I actually preferred the one in the teaser trailer--the camera was up closer to Bane making him look even larger, and Batman actually looked like he was gonna give out (I remember this was the talk amongst many back in the day), vs. the final film where Batman instead holds up his fists and yells.
