Having just gotten out of my third viewing earlier this evening I'm going with 100%. It really is a great way to finish off Bruce Wayne's story and keep the excitement of Batman and his world alive.

It's not a perfect film by any stretch of the imagination, but it is so ambitious, so dense, and such a work of art that I find it difficult to give it anything other than top marks.

I concur. What flaws it has are overshadowed by it's incredible ambition, artistry, and humanity in every level of the film.
