Actually, I think this describes it.
After looking in the bunker for gadgets and a clean batsuit they need to get to the Bat. Lucius asks where bruce parked the vehicle right after gathering materials for war. Anyway the "how did bruce get back into Gatham" thing, solved.

The three guys had the proper ID to make people believe they work there. So, with their work ID they were able to get through the security gates.

Well, learn to read. I was talking about the motorbikes, not the mercs. Maybe if you were less arrogant and cynical, you'd have given a cleverer response. But since we can't ask something we didn't understand without being called dumb or stupid, I think I'll pass your answers and find out by myself, thanks.
