there is a scene after the damage is done but its covered in bandages

Yes he dies, he gets shot by Talia's men at the end. No the Lazarus pit is not in the movie, unless the prison is a metaphor for it, since it is called a 'pit' in the movie.

She is just an ally of Selina. She doesn't die. She is only a few scenes at the start.
