Your Guess: Will TDKR be the scariest of the trilogy?

Indeed. Emotionally gripping = Scary. Scary means to have fear.

Although I've emotionally steeled myself, not to the point I'm not invested, I leave sympathy and kind of sadness intact, but I don't cry at films. My sister weeped during Titanic, and I was like "Bitch please". Toy Story 3 tugged at my heartstrings, but not to the crying extent.
