I think BB deserves an 80, because, althought it was a great film, it wasnt really upto the standards of TDK. Yes it was Nolan's first try at a Batman film, but it wasn't his first try at any film, and BB just lacked that kind of amazement that TDK gave, there were bits where it all kinda got repetetive and you knew what was going to happen in the next scene, let alone the next few seconds. Im not saying its a bad film, im just saying it doesnt deserve to be given the same rating as TDK.
