I read it, I think it's good... obviously you need to go through it cos there are some small mistakes (like Tom is called the Man in some places..)
One thing a friend of mine (a student in this really fancy Film School in my country) told me when I mentioned my screenplay was that when you write in a non chronological order it's important to have a reason for it, and it's better to have a reason other than 'a twist' in the end (I'm still trying to get a grip about the order I'll have in my screenplay lol). Sometimes films in a nonlinear order appear to be more like a cheap trick rather than exciting. So far, I felt like maybe your jumping through times happens a little too much. IMO, I liked the order in The Prestige, where you felt there's a real reason for the cutting. But then, I haven't seen the rest of your screenplay yet so perhaps I'll be proven wrong

Other than that, I like it. It's just a guess but I'm hoping they'll be using the machine to do some bad stuff which will be something new compared to most time-travel pieces.
