Time may be the best pice of music made by Hans Zimmer (in my opinion). I could listen to it all day long. Watched Inception the other day, on our Dolby Surround System and the ending with "Time" was just AWESOME! :-D

Hans Zimmer's best has to be Nowhere To Go from Gladiator, without doubt gets me emotional. Time is close though.

It is an incredible, breath-taking piece. In my top five pieces of music of all time easily and one of the greats in film scores. I also love all the remixes and covers of it, even if nothing tops the original. It is a song that lives up to it's name for me, like I'd listen to it, close my eyes and my whole life just revolves with the tune. It's also one of my favourite tracks to write to.

To me Time is the single best soundtrack ever composed in cinema.
That Hans Zimmer didn't get an Oscar for this over TSN is beyond me..

Because it's partially a rip-off of his own Journey to the Line.

Having said that, it's still miles better than TSN. I personally think HTTYD should've won that year.
