well, in this shot they;re in the real world; they are all linked to the same dream I guess. that fight scene takes place in the dream.

That's where it gets interesting. There's a shot in the trailer of them floating around the room while hooked up to the machine. And the gravity is also changing while JGL is in the hallway. I think it's part of the same level of reality.

Maybe it gets really crazy and they hook themselves up to the dream machine while already in a dream.

Why does everyone think these photos and footage are spoilers? Even after all the stuff I have seen, I still only know very little about the film. Every forum I go to about Inception, everyone talks about how these are spoilers. I don't see anything spoilerish with anything...They way WB is marketing this film without giving anything away is fantastic marketing...And also is there even spoilers out there? Was there a leaked script or something? How do we know that these "spoilers" are even true?

Now that lots of material is actually being released, finding out anything feels like a spoiler to many.
