Don't you think it's just as likely that Nolan chose the numbers randomly and Zimmer used them to inform the score after the fact--the same way he used the notes from the Edith Piaf tune in the score?

This is a neat discovery though, if you're definitely correct about all the technical bits. The music in the movie echos what's happening on screen the same way the dreamworlds echo the subconscious of the characters.

Also, I think you lost me on what it has to do with the piano notes in Batman Begins...
