Personally I'd like to see him tackle Bond with Daniel Craig and Charlize Theron has the Bond girl.

But I expect him to to something totally original.

I've been wanting a horror.

But really, I want him to make a non-PG-13 film.

I wonder how Nolan would tackle a political thriller

It would be something in the vein of The Ides of March.

I hope for Nolan to get back to a more intimate film in the vein of Following, Memento, etc. I expect him to continue with the high budget action-films. If you include The Dark Knight Rises, 4 of his last 5 films will have been high budget blockbusters. I'd much prefer to see him go back to a period piece, a la The Prestige. Just imagine Nolan doing a noir type crime movie in the vein of Se7en or L.A. Confidential. I'm ready for my character driven films from Nolan, instead of high budget blockbusters.

What I Want: Intimate, character driven films: Examples: Se7en, L.A. Confidential
What I Expect: Action-Thriller, potentially Sci-Fi.

What I Want: A Dark Comedy (something like In Bruges, The Big Lebowski, Dr. Strangelove, etc.) with Sacha Baron Cohen playing multiple roles.
What I Expect: His Howard Hughes project or his The Keys to the Street Script.

A comedy? From Nolan? Not sure if serious, given how you put it in context.

As for The Keys to the Street. Well, I recently read that script again, and I have to say, it's rather bland and boring. I doubt Nolan will ever adapt that (not because it's boring (which is my opinion), but because of where he's at in his career right now).

Maybe he could rescript it, since he started it years ago.

And I was serious about a Nolan Comedy (now that is ironic). Not something like The Hangover, something that deals with dark themes.

Where'd you find the Keys To the Street script? I've read the book, I liked it, but from your words, the script might not be so good. Nonetheless, could you PM me a link to the script?
